Frequently Asked Questions
Over the years, I've been ask a lot of questions, All the Why, What If's, But's & When's, hopefully the FAQ's below will help answer yours.
If not and you have anything else you want to ask, please go to the contact page and get in touch.
1) Why should I get you to do this ?
I know there are lots of other photographers out there, but my feedback from previous shoots is all positive. I am well mannered, very respectful, friendly and down to earth, but also open minded and not judgemental - anything you might suggest will be treated seriously, no matter how out there it might be.
(You can see a few comments about me on the feedback page)
2) What do I get out of it ?
During the shoot you will have an enjoyable and exciting experience allowing you to build your confidence in yourself and let your hair down.
Following the shoot, you will get access to all the images taken during the photoshoot. Everything! From the accidents, the humorous ones, the mistakes... EVERYTHING. These will be as they come with minimal editing, but definitely not photoshopped.
You are welcome to use them as you wish. If you want to use them on photo share site (IE Only Fans) you are welcome to.
3) Where will the shoot take place ?
I am happy to do a photo shoot at your home as this is a safe and comfortable enviroment for you so you will be relaxed, but I am also happy to work in other locations as well such as a hotel.
I also offer a discrete location that is also easy to get to, or if you know somewhere special I am happy to work there, than It's all good with me. Indoors or outdoors, it's up to you. This is as much as your shoot as much as mine. We will be able to work something out that works for both of us.
4) Can I bring a Chaperone with me ?
Yes, you are welcome to bring someone along as this adds extra safety for you, but I will ask that they do not interfere with the shoot unless they are also going to be taking part in it. For instance if it's your husband/BF and you wish them to be involved that's not a probleml. But they're your driver or friend, they are welcome to be close by but not to get involved or distract from your moment.
5) What type of genres do you do ?
This can be anything you want... from Portrait, Glamour, Lingerie, Boudoir, Nude, Art Nude, Adult, Couples (with your partner... or someone else if you don't have a partner...) basically anything you can think of!
...continued below...
6) Where will the images end up ?
After the shoot, the images will be uploaded to a safe and encrypted drive, where you can download them from. These will be held on there for 2 weeks after the shoot, then removed. Then the images will be stored on my own private server incase you need them again.
Your images will NEVER see the public internet, unless you decide otherwise, then it's up to you what you do with them.
7) I want to try this, but lack self confidence. Can you help ?
Definitely, doing this will help you as it is a good way to gain confidence, and start believing in yourself again. I have done shoots where the participants had no body confidence, but wanted to try and test their boundaries. Although they start off nervous pushing themselves beyond their comfort zone meant they were delighted with the results, and thoroughly enjoyed them experience.
If this something you have wanted to try but aren't sure, PLEASE get in touch, and we can chat more.
I will never push for more than you are comfortable doing and if you feel uncomfortable at any time we can stop and have a break, try something different or call an end to the shoot completely. This is your shoot. and will only be what you want and what you are happy to do. Nothing Else
8) Can my husband/BF watch ?
As long they don't interfere with the shoot then they are welcome to accompany you. However I can find this can also be distracting for the person having the shoot and hold them back from trying everything they want to do, so do keep this in mind.
9) What equipment do you use ? Not just your phone I hope ?
I use DSLR Nikon cameras and softbox lights. I try to use just natural light but have studio lights as some locations require extra lighting to give the best results. If you are wanting an outdoor shoot then obviously extra lighting is unlikely to be necessary.
I never would turn up with my phone in my pocket, knock on your door and say I'm here for the photo shoot, that would definitely give the wrong impression! I am professional and well mannered whilst keeping things relaxed the whole time.
10) Can I please see some samples of your work ?
If you want to see sample images of previous photoshoots, please get in touch saying what type of photoshoot you are interested in, I can then provide samples from similar shoots. I won't just send out a general range of images when you may not want to see all the styles of work I do.
